Qualifications

Investment options
Option 01
National Development Fund Donation
- A non-refundable contribution of US$230,000 covering a family of up to four.
- Each additional dependent: US$15,000.
- Government processing and due diligence fees apply.
Option 02
Real Estate Investment
- Purchase approved real estate valued at a minimum of US$300,000.
- The property must be held for a minimum of five years.
Option 03
University of the West Indies Fund
- For families of six or more, a contribution of US$260,000 includes one year of tuition-free university scholarship for one family member.
