Qualifications

Investment options
Option 01
National Transformation Fund Donation
- Single applicant: a non-refundable contribution of US$150,000.
- Family of up to four: a non-refundable contribution of US$200,000.
- Each additional dependent: US$25,000.
Option 02
Real Estate Investment
- Invest a minimum of US$220,000 in a government-approved shared real estate project, or US$350,000 in an approved development.
- Government fees apply in addition to the investment.
- The investment must be held for a minimum of five years.
