Maltese Permanent Residency Program – This program offers non-Maltese persons the
possibility of acquiring an EU residency that offers visa-free travel within Europe's Schengen Area.

INVESTMENT OPTIONS
- Option 1: Non-refundable Option – Donate to the Government and rent a residential property
in Malta, in the South of Malta and Gozo, or in any other area of the country.
The minimum hold time for a property is five years whether purchased or leased.

Residency Process
Month 1 – 2
- Prepare application & supporting documents.
- Submit Residency Application and initial contribution deposit of 30% of the total cost
- Government application processing and due diligence.
Month 7 – 8
- Application approved in principle.
- Second contribution payment due of 70% of the total cost.
- Lease / Purchase Property etc.
- Submit proof requirements satisfied
- Residence cards issued
